Price
All prices are stated in SGD dollars. Local postage are excluded unless stated.

Each item has been checked carefully before being mailed out.

All our products are ready stock unless otherwise stated.

MyLuxBaby will NOT responsible if items arrives damaged during the postage services.

MyLuxBaby will NOT be liable for lost mails/parcels through normal local postage. Hence, we strongly recommend registered postage.

Exchange Policy

Only items with manufacturer defect will be taken in.

The following condition will NOT be taken in as defective :

A)Items that is not in their original condition. For eg. They have been washed, ironed, altered, warmed or used.

B)Personal dislike. Change of mind after purchase.

C)Visible stains.

D)Visible color differences, threading, fray ends, wrinkles, mis-alignment of seams, button loss, spoilt zippers

E)Sizing issues, claiming that sizes do not fit. Note that all sizes stated differ within 2-3cm, hence we do not accept exchange of wrongly ordered sizes or do not fit items.


MyLuxBaby reserved the right to reject any exchange.

However, we assess every feedback and situation on a case-to-case basis.

Refunds will be made accordingly in the event of OOS (Out-Of-Stock).

Please check the merchandise upon receiving it.

If there truly is a defect in quality, please email us at myluxlady@gmail.com within 2 days upon receiving the item.

Please attach a clear zoomed picture of the defect AND a overall picture of the item. Please also ensure that the label and tag is still attached to the merchandise.

**Postage charges for exchanged items is to be borne by buyer.**
